I've started practicing qigong and will admit that I'm am still learning. In fact, I hope I'll always be learning!

Not my favorite part of practices that have it either, but I view it as medicine and just do it. The one that aggravates me most is meridian stretch, with the arms outstretched and rolling the head on the side. A little bit, okay, but during what I perceive to be a long session of M.S. I quit it and roll my head or do shoulder rolls. A friend passed along a couple of the YMAA videos to me (thank you friend) and I just love these because Lee is smiling and seems happy to be there. He is solemn in the older ones. I hope there is another sale soon. |
