Happy to see the Beast get more love here. There's a FB page for women following the program and they frequently have inspirational before/after's.

Questioning your mental health keeps them on their toes

The pink bar definitely makes a visual statement in the workout room. I was also really surprised by how light it is (7lbs) as I am used to heavier bars. It can only load up to 80lbs but that works for me.The angles make it useful and I have other heavy duty bars for higher loads. Congrats on speedy healing

I always ask the same question. How much space does it require? Thanks.

Some women pay far more for a purse. I'd rather carry a burlap sack and spend my money to pump it up

Any standard (1") plates will work.

How interesting! I got the ez curl bar to do with Beast but this looks like it might be more versatile. I have problems with all kinds of joint pain and the ez curl bar helped but this one puts your hands in a unique position for doing overhead presses, like a dumbbell.

This exactly. I didn't get as far as Kathy in a rotation but I love the workouts. I thought Sagi's muscle-head persona would get on my last nerve, but except for a couple of questionable moments in Build Chest, he's OK with me. One nice thing is that you can go moderate-heavy and he gives you enough time between sets to recover and gear up for the next one. It's truly a strength building program, not muscle endurance. And Build Legs has a nice cardio effect.

I paid full price and feel like I got full value. The reduced price is a steal.
