I read your old post. She does the same for me! I personally like her yelling. Exercise for me is work not fun. I appreciate that Jillian pushes me. I can't stick to instructors that are sweetness and light. . But that's just me.

I think there were 12 dvds and 3 dvds per phase. Hmmm

I would like to see the infomercial but haven't had any luck finding it on. When you do a search do you search for Body Shred or Jillian?

So I watched the infomercial last night and my opinion has not changed, lol. All I saw were a bunch of moves way out of my league. She said during the informercial that this set was aimed at intermediate to advanced people. Unless she had a modifier that they didn't show during the infomercial, it looked ALL advanced.
