Any updates on Tracie Long's upcoming releases?
I've checked her FB and her site and there's nothing. Seems like there hasn't been much posting about anything lately.
Does anyone have any information to share? TIA ~

I was hoping to read somewhere that they would be ready for the new year. Her FB pages also look to be very vacant with activity. Hmmm....

In this instance,no news is goods news! Our VF friend Chrys enquired earlier today in a fitness group and learned from a confidant of Tracie's that they are being filmed right now. Once they go to editing & duplication they will hit the market quite speedily. I'm very excited to get them !!

I really like Tracie as well. Any chance anyone can list her workouts in categories for me? I'm talking about the Longevitys, Focus, & Reboots.
Which are cardio dominate and which are sculpt? I struggle making a rotation with them. TIA.
