These are the ones I've done in the last 6 weeks. The starred ones are the hardest.
Weighted Tabata
Bodyweight Tabata
Sweet 16
OTM (On the Minute)**
Power 10
Strategic Endurance**
ABC 1

I run a FB BlackFire & Inferno Fitness Group and everyone says that Strategic Endurance and On the Minute are the hardest!

Thaks Lesia I'm back to 5 a.m. workouts and the tougher the better for me at this hour for some reason. These are perfect for time constraint as well.

I've tried them all and for me the hardest are:

-OTM
-Strategic Endurance
-Sweet 16
-Triplet Ladder
-Gymnastics 1 and 2 (for me these are hard because they require a lot of upper body, core strength and control)
-ABC 2 isn't easy either

I have another question - sorry, Marika, I hope it's okay that I hijack your thread.

If Black Fire is your second workout for the day - do you do the (very extensive) warmup or do you jump right into the workout?
Both warmup and cooldown are about... 10 minutes in each workout (a bit less).
I'm just thinking I could continue with Black Fire if I skipped the warmup and maybe the cooldown and sandwich the workout inbetween two other workouts (which makes each Black Fire workout about 15 to 20 minutes long). But do you think that would be just an accident waiting to happen? I mean... in theory my muscles are warm after the first workout so that shouldn't be a problem?
TIA

Sinclair, I would skip the warmup/cooldown. It does add alot more time to them.
