Ruthless - how do you mix it into your rotation?

For those of you who have done a Ruthless rotation -- or those that regularly use the Ruthless workouts -- what do you alternate with these?

I've recently begun a daily workout routine in the last few weeks, and I've been using Ruthless. Love the workouts, but I don't think I can do the full rotation. (Thighs are absolutely on fire everyday, and I can only do so many pushups in one session!). How do you mix in Ruthless?

If it helps, I have a decent variety of workouts -- Jillian, Bob, KCM, Jari, Patrick G., Tracey Mallett (booty barre and athletic), JGalardi ballet/dance, Biggest Loser, all Ellen Barrett, Tracie Long, Jessica Smith, 10 Min Solution, some classic Firms, and SI6 to name a few.

Your thread title made me think you were looking for help with world domination or a hostile takeover or over-the-top revenge or something.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to offer or suggest in any of these domains. And I don't know what the Ruthless workouts are. So I'm just wasting bandwidth at this point.

Hahaha! My first thought was the movie. Hmmm....OP you might want to change the title a bit. Or hey, you might generate more interest

Ha ha, Bubbles. I knew what she meant.
How about matching "Ruthless" with Weider's "X Factor XT" since they are both made by the same company? I haven't done "Ruthless" but I have seen the 100 burpees video. Talk about crazy.

Would the Ruthless workouts be considered just cardio or circuits?

I'm wasting bandwidth, too. When I saw the thread title, I pondered the quality of empathy and how to judo-strike it into action.
