Well, I did sweat.
The first walk (Energy Walk?) was a bit more dancey; you move all different ways and even turn around, but it's all very basic stuff I could do. There are no bursts in it; it builds and then levels off and stays steady. She uses some nice, spicy Latin-influenced music.
The Power Walk had bursts of intervals in it - jogging, jacks, etc., and starts out strong right away. This was definitely more intense than a usual Leslie.
Overall, there are many more moves than Leslie does, but they were really good! The warm up and cool down are separate chapters.
I can easily see myself using this one walk at a time.
