It's food food food food.

I am also in menopause. If I stray from healthy eating, I put on weight, regardless of what exercise I do. If I stick to my healthy eating plan, I lose the weight regardless of what exercise I do. For me, it's that simple.

I no longer use exercise as a tool to lose weight. It's what I do in the kitchen that matters at this point.
