Pop physique
O well I was doing so well at not buying DVDs I talked myself out of buying Tracey mallets booty barre and f.i.t then I just read a thread on pop Pilates so I looked into that but as I was looking pop physique came up £16.99 for three DVDs I thought oooohhhhh ok I read reviews and thought go on then
 The international shipping change has made me change my mind I put two DVDs in my basket other day would cost me $10 to ship nearly same as a DVD so I'm trying to be wise with my buying, hope I have made a good choice please tell me I have |

The Pop Physique DVDs are pretty awesome - fun, challenging and fresh (much better barre workouts than Booty Barre IMO). Let us know how you like them!

you'll like Pop Physique. I think. but that may be because I like them. They are slower, then Tracey mallet but very very good.

I like them too and used them in a rotation last October. I noticed more definition in my abs and more leg strength. My butt lifted too - this would have been nice but I already have too much back side.

they are cool and the chicks that lead them are California girls for sure! The outfits are wild, the vibe is cool. You should like them. They are good workouts too.
