I like it but it's really long. I either split it into 2 workouts or I use parts of it since it's well chaptered. I wish she would have added a nice upper body section, although that would have made it even longer.
I still have it in my collection. I skip one of the yoga sections so that it is not so long. The music is really nice. I should revisit this workout soon.
It is one of my favorite barre workouts, and I like that she includes yoga as well since I also love that. I like the music and the vibe - it is just fun. It is longer, but it doesn't seem long when I do it. Not nearly as intense as Dream Body but still an excellent barre workout (actually gets my thighs more than Dream Body). I love all the mat work as well.
I have it and really, really like it! It's true that it would be nice if she had more arm work in it, but my abs are always really sore after doing it -- and I love the blend of yoga and toning! I keep hoping that she'll put out a new one.
