That's how I am. If I find something I like I stick with it. It keeps life simple. But not everyone wants a simple life.

Not necessarily - we vidiots often get tired of workouts and then get back to them years later - even if it means repurchasing them.

FitnessFavorites.com has great longish clips of all the workouts - I would recommend watching the clips to see which ones appeal. There is a huge variety. I found I prefer the 'parts' workouts like Super Cardio Mix because you can do a couple of segments if you don't feel like a long workout.

The Basic workouts are great if you want something a little lighter.

Warning - almost all the workouts have high impact but I modify everything to low impact, even if it means I march in place while they are jumping etc. Also I use a shorter step for leg presses. Some of the cardio involves a square step but these can also be done on the floor with no step.

Thank you, Sara. I will check the clips. I am very used to modifying high impact.

I do. Although I didn't marry him until I was 46, after living with him for ten years.

I've read the stories. People who trade all of their FIRMs away, then get all of them back, then get rid of them again. I can't even begin to relate.

Oh yeah, that was you. I don't think you're the only one though. Okay, I'm off to do BeMax Power Flow with no weights.

I have also been alternating with light weights, body weight, and band – mostly body weight. The heaviest weights I use these days are a 5 and 8 pounds once or twice per week during a Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio Strength workout. I don’t feel like I’ve lost any strength.

Can you tell us more about how you do this? TIA
