Workout this morning was the 3rd section of Gina B’s 70’s Decade Power Walk and the add on Lower Body workout from Cathe’s Basic Step dvd. Later this afternoon I went for a 30 minute walk.

DJ - I too need to pull out KS Great Buns and Thighs workout. That’s great you were able to water ski again!

Pam - That Beatles Dance Walk sounds fun!

Hi Ladies,

I did Leslie's Just Walk 3 Mega Miles today. I started to add-on a Ramp workout with Gin and the DVD kept freezing, so did Linda Wooldrige's Resistance Band (Lower Body) from her Barlates Body Blitz DVD.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying consistent with the workouts!

Workout today was just 3 sets of pushups and a 55 minute walk.

Today was 35 minutes on the elliptical followed by a little band work on my own. Taking a vacation day tomorrow and going to play golf with hubby.

I can't believe it's Labor Day weekend. Summer flies by faster and faster every year.

I would've sworn I'd posted recently, but nothing for days!
Mostly it's all been the treadmill, with some YT Leslie or a music video where I just do the different dancey walk steps to. Some Qi Gong yesterday, too.

DJ, I used to really like that Tom Holland, now I'm torn between it, & the Cathe lower body challenge that Cher mentioned.

Hi Ladies,

My workout for today was Leslie's Tone Every Zone Walk (3 miles.) First circuit is Upper Body, second is Lower Body, and third is just walking. Nice variety and I used a loop around ankles for last mile! Good burn!

Good morning,
Yesterday was 20 mins of Mari W (Basic Pilates) & Barre3 from YT. I threw in
1 1/2 hr of weeding & trimming. I feel it today.

Deciding what to order from Tracy L & Mary from their sale.

I'd like to find some other videos like this that would include a little cardio plus total body strengthening, and not too long. TH is about 45 minutes. 1 hour is about my max. Any suggestions?
