My workout yesterday was ICE Low Impact Sweat workout 1 and core premix.
Vannie - So sorry to hear about your uncle and aunt. Cher, Karjoy - I did manage to take a 45-minute nap so I felt a lot better the rest of the day. Bummer about the covid cases in your area. We have it relatively under control here. The cases have gone up since the summer but still not as bad as most states. Most people in VA wear masks and there isn't such a resistance as in states like the Dakotas. Have a good day, everyone. |
