Warning Support4Sports - online vendor

I'm annoyed by this online vendor and I'm venting here. Take it as a warning or whatever.

I purchased a new type of exercise loop (R-Loop), one used for rehab. I ordered 2 different strengths and they were pricey! However once they arrived, I found that they did not follow the traditional resistance levels. My "light" and "medium" had practically no resistance at all.

I tried to contact the company for a RMA (the website said it accepts returns on new items for 30 days). After 3 attempts, I finally made contact and was told that once I'd TOUCHED the product, they couldn't accept a return.

So basically...they don't accept returns. Which is not what their website said. So...that was a $36 mistake. Buyer beware.

Sorry, you had a bad experience. I'll also avoid them but will take it a step further and email them letting them know exactly why I'm avoiding them and that others are as well. If they know they're losing potential customers they may change their tune.

I googled support4sports and I'm not finding anything that seems like an online store.
