Here's another testimony to the fact that the rebounder can REALLY get your HR up. Right now I'm using mine with Cardio Coach 3 but watching JB on the TV, more or less doing what he does until the sprints start up - then I run in place as fast as I can and this gets my HR up big time. You can also try jumping higher than normal for the sprints. I had put mine away for awhile but now am really enjoying it since I got CC. And JessicaW has inspired me to stick with it!

I use mine with some step workouts, but don't actually use it as a step - I don't get off and on it. I just do as close to the move they're doing on the rebounder, like if I was doing the step workout on the floor with no step.
Some of the moves are easy to do, and some you just have to be willing to make up what you feel fits the music and timing of the video.

I've done Cathe's Cardio & Weights on the rebounder lots of times, and while it's not the same as on the step, it's still a lot of fun - I LOVE the Buttercup song, and do 99% the same move on the rebounder as when I do it on a step.

Barb,
Here is your excuse for ordering another rebounder!

This Amazon deal is so tempting. I wish I had not read this thread.

Yikes!!!

actually the double inclined yogaflex stuff looks like incredible fun
maybe if I get rid of some of my other space hogs, I can have room for two

Barb S
who hopes I don't have to have knee surgery to justify the double order
(dare I try this with the ReboundAIR and flat Yogflex side by side??)

Will it fit in a suitcase??

OK, I'm extremely tempted. Will the Body Flex rebounder fit in a large(ish) suitcase??

My DH is on his way to the U.S., and I could have one delivered before he leaves again.... If anyone could give me dimensions of the box / packaging, I would be very grateful!!

TIA

It weighs ~19 pounds with all parts and comes in a long flat rectangular box.
40 1/2 x 21 1/2 x 4 inches
The frame's diameter is 40 inches even folded and out of the box
but I think I have seen cartons as big on the carousels at airports so he may be able to check it in as baggage?

Good Luck

Barb S
whose box came in rotton shape as did my ReboundAIR's
(what does UPS do to these boxes??)

Thanks for the info Barb.

He already has two suitcases, and I don't want to burden him with excess baggage. I guess that's one way to curb my impulse buying. At least my credit card will thank me, but I do hate to miss out on such a bargain.
