Classic Workouts

I am currently bidding on a lot of 10 workout videos on ebay...it includes the entire Slim in 6 series VHS and resistance cords (YAY) and a few tapes I have never heard of. I wondered if any of you have:

Thin Thighs in 30 Days (1983)
A Body of Work by Bill Phillips (1998)

The other 3 that are coming with the lot is Get Up and Dance By Paula Abdul and 2 Denise Austin tapes. I'll probably trade these if I win the auction, but this auction was going for the same price as Slim in 6 alone auctions were!

wish me luck

-Rebecca

Body of Work is not a workout video. It is a documentary of the first Body For Life Challenge. BFL is a 12 week challenge for people to improve their bodies. It's a very inspirational tape, even if you don't want to do the program it's interesting to see the changes these people have made and hear them talk about it. I'm actually starting the program this week. Again.

Anyway, good luck with your auction!

body for life

Hi Ericha,
I just checked out the website for "Body for Life" Is this 12-week challenge something you have to pay for to enter? It looks interesting, and I have the book. Did you say you were just starting the challenge? Thanks for any info.

No, it doesn't cost anything to enter. You can go to www.bodyforlife.com to enter online. They'll send you a $10 gift card for EAS just for entering.

The way it works is you start your program whenever you want. Take your before pictures and in 12 weeks your after pictures. Somewhere along the way you'll receive a packet to fill out and when you're done you send it all in. The website pretty much gives you all the info.

Good luck.
