Cathe's LITE Pryamid Lower Body. Sheesh - I upped my weights on this one and it was hard. Like that it isn't overly long.

Michelle Dozois More Cardio Strength. I realized I haven't done this one in a long time. I had a tough time finishing the last round. Still a fun workout that packs a punch.

Well decided to take my planned rest day yesterday b/c my body was talking to me. I will leave MC1 cardio for the end of this 4 weeks cycle.

Today I had a great workout! Figure Mat still slays me muscle-wise due to the low ends/partials nonstop party. This one works the Shoulders very well.
