I used Cathe's blender to combine her two PHA workouts. I did round 1 of Lite and round 1 of Strong & Sweaty then round 2 of Lite and round 2 of Slow and Steady. This kept my heart rate up but allowed me to go a bit heavier. I finished with Lite Bonus Abs #2.
