I love Cathe, so Cathe Live. 6 months.

I did BeachBody, Daily Burn and Les Mills on demand. Hmmmm... not clicking. I have all the BB DVDs all I want. Les Mills seems all the workouts in the same category are very very similar. I couldn't tell them apart!

I figured if I want to subscribe, I'll do one at a time. Cathe Live for now. I might switch to BBOD for LIFT4, the new Autumn and upcoming Tony. That should last me for at least 6 months.

What I did was figure out my favorite instructors... and rotate my streaming.

I subscribed to BeachBody On Demand for a year just because I wanted LIIFT4, and I love LIIFT4 and keep going back to it. I've also tried other programs. I have a lot of BB DVDs but will probably keep this subscription.

I've had yoga subscriptions in the past but never used them much. Between live classes and my DVD collection, I really don't need more.

I'm currently using :

Lee Holden's Qi Gong streaming class subscription (love this!)
Foundation Training (trying this out; just started the Baseline program 3 weeks ago)
Movement for Modern Life (will keep this forever)
Yoga International (good content, but don't use as often as I'd like)
Gaia (won't renew when my subscription ends; prefer MFML and YI above)

There's so much good content out there, paid and free. Too much to choose from sometimes. Only so many hours in the day...

Carol, How many Bemax workouts are there on Fitfusion? You can't tell without a membership. And how long are the workouts? How often do they put more up?

There are 31 workouts between 10 and 30 minutes and 33 challenges. There will be no more new workouts.

Emily posted on the BeMax Facebook page on Oct. 10 that they did not anticipate creating new programming going forward. There was no explanation as to why not.

I’m loving Sweat Factor, Mike Donavanik’s streaming site! I love the variety of workouts and so many great instructors. He’s constantly adding new workouts. I love it!

Thanks, Carol. That's a bummer that they aren't making new workouts. Wonder what they are up to.
