I’m glad you’re doing better! I tried to provide a variety of enjoyable beginner workouts for you. Most have different sections so you can just do one section at a time and eventually build up to the whole workout.

She does all the basic arm moves using 3lb weights. I used this when I was in recovery from an illness. I just skipped the pushups at first.
