Which Cathe Series??

After floundering around fitness wise for the first part of this year, I just signed up for Cathe Streaming

I am wanting to re-build my strength, increase my flexibility/mobility and lose about 15 pounds. It's been about a year since I trained with weights (I am hoping I still have muscle memory at 55-years-old!!), my body isn't happy with jumping right now and my endurance needs some work. I would like to start with a pre-planned rotation so I don't get too overwhelmed by all the possibilities

Any suggestions on which Cathe series would be a good starting point for me?

Many thanks in advance.

I think her latest series, LITE, would be good for you. Lots of options with this set.

I agree with a few idea of Lite but if you have access to everything she’s done why not start with a week or two of her beginner DVDS.

They’re easy to modify up. Cathe is her old happy, peppy, encouraging self. It would give you a win right out of the gate after which you could move to Lite.

Yes! Plus if you check out the “Blender” you might find other workouts people have created that are more beginner/intermediate. Or you could string together or blend your own using a few warmups and 1 set of strength segments from any of her workouts. You can build your own workout.

I agree with the recommendation for LITE, and if you want additional low impact, intermediate cardio, Low Impact Sweat from her ICE series is great. I like the premix that doesn’t include the step...it’s about 30 mins and is a solid cardio workout.

Thank you all for the suggestions!! I think I will start out with LITE for now and then explore the Fitness Blender later on down the road. I don't want to get overwhelmed right from the get go

Here's the LITE guide in case you don't have it already.

I love the live workouts.. Just searching the drop down search bar "low impact". There are many awesome low impact workouts.. With weight circuits too.
