Rhonda ~ I do both. If the instructor is wearing shoes, then I wear shoes. So with the FIRM I most likely would wear them. If using BarreAmped Bounce, then no shoes. I think there are benefits doing it both ways.
I'm still new to all this, so I'm trying both ways and see how my feet respond to it.
