Is it the same instructor leading the 60 minute workout from the free 20 minute workout?

Thanks! Amazon seems to list another woman's name. I'm glad it's the same instructor. Will be buying soon now.

I finally tried this workout this morning. It's fun and choreographed very well with the music! The intensity really sneaks up on you which builds with each Quadrant. I liked the instructor a lot - I imagine it's hard to cue all those moves...I was lost at times but it will increasingly get better each time I do it. I liked Q3 the best (the music as well as the moves). Q4 is all floor work with ab exercises, planks and push-ups. The ab work was pretty easy...I love rocket chutes!

Overall, I really enjoyed it. Here are some fun facts about this workout that you accomplish. Assuming you do the full 60 min., you do:

50 kicks
280 strikes/punches
376 knee lifts
290 squats
216 lunges
84 jacks
411 core exercises
61 push-ups/planks
16 burpees

Holy cow! It really didn't seem like it at the time!! Nor did it seem redundant or repetitive to me at all!

Anyone else have a chance to try this?

$7.99 at Amazon as an add-on must buy $25 to buy at this price, though I've heard that some Prime members are being offered free shipping w/any purchase when using "Amazon Day".

$7.99 @ Best Buy, free shipping. I'm going to buy here since I don't need anything else to reach the $25 free shipping threshold at Amazon
