Suggestions on Medicine Ball Workouts

Hi-

Anyone have suggestions on medicine ball workouts? I have one by Tracie Long and Patrick Goudeau's Play Ball and Play Ball in 4. Any other suggestions?

Thanks
Lori

I haven't done this one but was reading up on it because it's only $2.99 as Mary's Deal of the Day today. It might be the Tracie Long you already have though.

Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Combat Surge has some nice med ball segments. It is not a full med ball workout. It is a 2X3, so 2 rounds where each round has one kickbox segment, one weighted bar segment and one med ball segments. It is an all around fun workout.

Paul Katami's ASAP Hollywood Hardball has cardio, dummbbell and med ball segements.

As Bubble mentioned, Mindy Mylrea uses the med ball in several of her workouts.

Gilad has a Lord of the Abs DVD -- Hard Core? -- that uses a med ball. I love it!

Kimberley Spreen had a medicine ball workout released by SCW. I do not know if you can still find it, though.

I recommend these workouts, along with Paul Katami's ASAP Sculpt. His Sculpt workout uses a step with the medicine ball and dumbbells, but I believe most of it is done with the medicine ball.
