Since subscribing to BeachBody's BOD, I have been previewing and actually doing a lot of different BB workouts. Ones I probably would never have bothered to try.
I had bought
Body Beast when it first came out and I couldn't stand Sagi. I just found him really obnoxious in those workouts. DH didn't like him either.
So, I was previewing his MH&C workouts and found he has become a lot more calm, polished and professional. He puts his weights aside safely, instead of flinging them anywhere. (His cueing is still not the greatest though.)
I have done
Total Body Hammer and
Max Hammer Strength and like them a lot.
They are basic, heavy weight workouts without a lot of crazy (um, I mean
creative) moves.
Yay!
