Here's what she posted on Facebook:

A 5 DVD box set that has a nutrition guide in it. Each DVD is 30 minutes only. It is designed as a rotation to take all of the guess work out of your weekly workouts. here are the ones I am working on:
1. Kettlebell/Kickbox Fusion
2. Total Body Weights #1
3. Cardio Mash Up
4. Total Body Weights #2
5. Tabata Sculpt & Burn

Sounds good! She says 30 minutes only. Does that mean no premixes?

If they are only 30 minutes each, why not put them all on one dvd (with premixes)?

I will not be buying as I have to many Kelly dvds although these sound good.

I'm interested in all of them except the kettlebell one....unless she's got someone showing a modification with a dumbbell like Strength and Stamina.

I really like Kelly for strength, so I'd be interested in both of the total body workouts. It stinks that I'd have no use for the other 3 DVDs.
