I don't think I'll be wanting either of these.
The Shift Shop is a type of workout I could do for three weeks, but I wouldn't enjoy it enough to do it longer. Unfortunately, I can't believe that I'd see "DRAMATIC RESULTS" in three weeks. I'd need to repeat it a few times and I wouldn't want to do that. (If I liked these sort of moves better, then cycling through the three-week intensity build maybe three times could be a good program.) Youv2 - I can totally see Leandro being the next Richard Simmons; this might be great for lots of people. I hardly ever do dancy workouts & this one's not for me. Also, this might be shallow but the set is a real turnoff for me. I don't mind the words but the feel of the set is cold to me, not welcoming, too bare. I'd rather have something that looks like a club!
