Chris Downing is super cute. I have been lukewarm about BB last few systems, but The Shift Shop is a must buy. Youv2 is very Richard Simmons. I wonder if BB planned it for him before he took his sabbatical. I think both of these will be on BOD as well as DVD.

These are COMPLETELY different systems! Unfortunately, neither of them are for me. Chris Downing's system seems too high impact for me, but he is a cutie! You're right about the new Leandro system Youv2, very similar to Richard Simmons! I fall in between these systems, so I won't be purchasing either of them.

I had a very mild interest in ShiftShop until the ad explained the workout time increases 10 mins every week and the trap music needs to go.

The second workout reminds me of Leslie with more movements and possibly better music. Good for them on making a low impact series.

They are very vocal in the youv2 videos. I found that very annoying. Maybe when you do the workouts you won't notice it.

I did notice that you can stream Beachbody on demand through Amazon video now-that will make it more convenient for a lot of people to use it on their tv.

I like the looks of Shift Shop if the modifier is good. I will definitely be taking the impact down! Chris has a great presence and energy on film, and he's definitely easy on the eyes, lol. Can't wait to try it on demand.

Not sure about Leandro's new program. I like that it's low impact but don't like all the gooooing and gaaahing going on, ugh. I'll wait to see it on demand before I try it.

I'm glad they are focusing on the lower impact stuff. There are a lot of beginners out there who do not want to do the super intense stuff like Insanity, P90X , that sort of thing. Glad they made a system for those people.

Shift looks fun! I immdiately thought about all the cool foamie shapes in the toy section at the Dollar Tree and how those could used as markers, and then my mind wandered to what sort of Beach Body Markers would be included in the system....
