I tried it today -- running times for premixes aren't listed on the premix menus, so that's a huge bummer for me since I can't remember anything. I guess I'll have to write them down.

The music is rather generic, much less memorable than other KCMs in my opinion. I wish it was more motivating as some of the moves are repetitive and I don't like to repeat so often.

The plus side -- that cardio bootcamp is a sweatfest! Oh my! Also, I had to go down to a 3 lb dumbbell instead of a 5 for the weighted kickboxing. Also, the weighted kickboxing is relatively lower impact, which was quite welcome after the cardio bootcamp. I also did the cardio sculpting one with a 5 lb weight, and I was thoroughly surprised at how challenging that was!

Hoping to try the upper body and lower body workouts soon, and try to get through the yoga flex one, but if it's repetitive too, then I may have to skip...

Ugh, kicking myself for missing the presale! These are going on my wish list for a sale, though.

I did the lower body yesterday it was 15 minutes. I did the cardio bootcamp (12-13 minutes) and weighted boxing (12-13 minutes). So far like these that I have done.

The lower body was nice, weighted exercises then went to bar/ballet type exercises. I am not usually a fan of the bar/ballet exercises but this was not overkill so it was nice. I think this is a lower body workout I will be doing more often than not.

Cardio bootcamp, was good, had to modify some but it was good.

Weighted boxing I was at 3 pounds but on the last four punch combo I went down to ones. It seemed to move too fast for me to do the 3 pounds.

Still have the upper, cardio sculpt and yoga to try.

I didn't think I would like this workout but got it anyway and it is a nice one.

This is why I didn't bother to order. She is starting to get boring. Love her older dvds, but didn't like her last few at all. Thankfully my library has most of her dvds, so I quickly found I wasn't missing out on anything. Her boxing is as dull as dirt for me. But that is coming from someone who does not like boxing drills. She does too much of the same punching moves.

Has anyone that pre-ordered NOT gotten theirs yet?

I'm just wondering if I should be worried....either that or I"m jealous....

I tried the Lower Body segment this morning and liked it a lot. I actually noticed the music, in a good way - sometimes her music has seemed "generic" to me in the past but I liked the music on this one! It was higher-energy. I enjoyed the mix of basic leg work and barre moves, and I liked her variations. I followed it with a different yoga DVD - I don't buy KCM for her yoga.

This will be a go-to workout for me, for a shorter lower body option. I hope the other segments are as good!

I can't remember which workout it was but that everybody song was playing (the same one that is in a lot of Leslie workouts). I was like what?!!

It may have been the lower body workout. Otherwise I didn't pay attention to the music.

Yes, "Everybody" was in the lower body workout. I got my dvd yesterday and did the lower body workout x 2 this morning. I did the first set with 15 pounds, second with 20; the second set made me sweat. I did the second part without ankle weights both times, because I only have 5 pounds and didn't know if that would have been too heavy.
Some of the moves were interesting - the deadlift/knee bend, and deadlift/plie. My back felt fine, but sometimes I won't know until hours later if it hurt my back.

Thanks for the breakdowns!

I think 5 pounds would be too heavy for that knee up/knee out/arabesque move - I'd worry about my knees. I used 3# ankle weights and felt that was enough. Then again, I used 10s for the dumbbell work (once through) and sweated! (I'm going to increase the weight for that part next time, though.)
