Hers and my Ravi Ana ended up being the most used in this 56's library of DVDs. Who would have ever thought that KBKB would have ended up Being what is best for my injured neck and back (along with KY). I have disc herns lumbar and cervical with sciatica among other problems and do have to keep them low impact, but i follow the modifier and still get great workouts and there are small parts that I do on my Rebounder like the SAQ drills and jumping rope or running. I love DASHA and think she's an excellent instructor....I started out light, focused on my form, kept my core tight and for the first time in a KB WO REALLY felt my ABS work like they were supposed to. Maybe some of us need that extra chatter......LOL. her only comment that Always cracks me up is when she says OK we're gonna do an "anterior" stretch for our shoulders....and proceeds to say.....I like saying that as it makes me feel smart...ya know, as i went to school for so many years. I always sit there and think, what VFer doesn't know their anterior from their posterior? Its basic workout 101 Dashie poo!! Duh....... just kidding, she's truly a sweetheart but stick to the Kinetic talk Dash....I like hearing that and being reminded to breathe in nose, out mouth while gasping for air.
