I was in the best shape about 2 years after I started doing workouts. It was shortly after I took up weight training for the first time ever, using Cathe's CTX Express series. I had done nothing but cardio kickboxing videos up until then, and was plateau-ing. After a few months, I couldn't believe the change! (Being 32 or so certainly helped!)
