Ugh...no fun at all. It seems like I'm always trying to straighten things out lately. My credit card got hacked in April and I got a replacement set up all my automated payments and then I got my new chip card in October with a different expiration date...so I set all my automated payments up with that and then that got hacked. So I had to get a new chip card and set up all my automated payments once again. And don't even get me started about our health insurance claims. I'm constantly on line trying to figure out what's covered and what's not. (DH needs two knee replacements.)
So, I really don't need this aggravation.
Thanks for the suggestion about calling. I found a phone number on one of her emails and called today. A women took my phone number and said someone would have to call me back. I don't have much faith anyone will...sigh
I'll keep you posted.
