i looked at the clip as soon as you had posted it, and although i lack just a few of the Bat Cave workouts, i knew something was peculiar about it because her hair looked so odd- it looked outside of the norm of the string of workouts that she filmed during the Bat Cave Era.

, if this works for social media-inspired walking, that a good use for it ... resistance bands are well used ...

Guess what? I was looking around on Leslie's website and there's a new DVD there! I believe it's that same YouTube walk, and it seems to be a website exclusive at the moment: 3 Mile Walk & Firm!

I'm into lower-impact dance with stylization and complex choreo, but I (and my knees) are willing to give Leslie another shot after nearly 12 years (via VHS as that had been. The perfect medium for Leslie!)

I realize I'm a tough sell on Leslie, but I also can't do lengthy streaming. I specify the duration for that reason. Speed issues.

Thank you any and all for recommendations. I am willing to download-to-preview first (speed issues, again) and keep the window open and active, so if there is anything she does that is MORE about choreo, please bring it on!!
