Piyo has definitely been around longer than Buti. I have a Piyo DVD that was made in 2002 and it was wo #8 or something like that. So there were about seven other DVDs made before the one that I have.

I haven't done all the Piyo DVDs yet since I'm not doing a rotation of them. They are not like Buti because there is no booty shaking. Some of them feel like the old Piyo DVDs since they are athletic yoga with a little fusion of Pilates and other bodyweight exercises. However, others are more bodyweight workouts with very little stretching in them.

Yup. I was focusing on TA and then some of Dasha's 7 Day Lean and realized it's really making my upper body look like I like. I guess it's either the shock to my system as it's a new way of training for me, but whatever it is, it's working and I'm enjoying it immensely. I am doubling up on some of them, and I'm combining it with other things, but I like it so far.

Ellen just posted that Piyo workout a couple of days ago, so download the workouts. They are being pulled. Piyo 25 is a hard one to find because it doesn't have Piyo in the description.

Yep, I'm eating crow here I obviously jumped the gun with my earlier assessment. I should have given it more time...
