Steady State Cardio/Favorites

I'm in search of new steady state cardio workouts. Because most new releases seem to be hiit, tabata, or metabolic in nature, I'm seeking recommendations for vintage or recent releases that you enjoy.

I have all of Cathe's workouts, Susan Chung's DVDs, all Powerstrike but #7 (which was panned), Petra K.'s Bootcamp Boogie, and Kristin Dowell's Hi/Lo workout (still learning that one--choreography does not come naturally to me).

What are your favorites?

Thank you for posting. Keeping my eye on this thread.

ETA: Keeping Fit Cardio w/Andrea Metcalf is one that I have but haven't done in a while.

Current favorites are Powerstrike 6 and Kickbox Yoga Fusion (with Patricia Moreno)

I have also always loved all of Susan Powter's cardio workouts - nothing too complicated, nearly always very beautiful sets.

And Turbo Jam, pretty much any of them

Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire
Les Mills Combat (Combat 30, Power Kata 45, Ultimate Warrior, etc. - any of the non HiiT/plyo ones)
Amy Bento Kickboxing - she has several I love.
Kelly Coffey-Meyer - Train Like A Contender (one workout on this was more cardio focused, the other more drill focused?) and her other KB ones
Jessica Smith walking workouts, kickbox workouts, and cardio flow workouts- DVD and YouTube
Firm cardios
Cathe kickboxing workouts
Tracey Staehle - Cardio Kickbox Challenge and one other one - these two later kickboxing workouts from her are gems. I love Joseph, the music is good, and Jericho from Les Mills Combat is in one of them. I just looked these up and she is no longer having them printed.

Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp! It alternates basic hi-lo and kickboxing. Oh bummer, it might be out of print. I love her Cardio Combat Surge, too. There are kickboxing sections, med ball sections and stick fighting sections where she teaches some basic blocks and strikes.

I love Petra's step workouts. She is an excellent cuer.

Are you interested in dance workouts at all? I love Christi Taylor's Pure Spice. This may sound crazy pants, but you could also put on your favorite music and dance around on your own.

Anything by Charlene Prickett - either her step or low impact aerobics.

Life Force

Kathy Smith's "vintage" step workouts

Jenny Ford's Step By Step also seems to fit the bill for steady state cardio

Jessica's walks

Any cardio workouts by Kimberley Spreen (e.g., Cardio Camp) or Gay Gasper; any of the classic Taebos, the CIA workouts by the sisters Shannon and Allison.

Also the Caribbean Workouts with hi-lo or kickboxing are solid 15-20-minute workouts that can be strung together.

The G-Force cardio workouts (although a couple are a little too slow for my taste; too much marching and talking).

I just did one of the Exercise TV cardio workouts - Rob Glick's (there's also Spreen, Kendall Hogan, Gasper, and Zaki) - solid 30-minute steady states.

I just discovered a new favorite - Dance It Off Ballroom. The first two 15-minute workouts put together make a really fun 30-minute steady state (the last one, taught by the cute guy, alas, starts off so slow that I Joni-O'd it).

Some of my favorite steady-state cardios that were also pretty intense came from Kari Anderson's Great Moves series.

How could I forget Michelle Dozois? Her Peak 10 pure cardio workout is one of my favorites! And there's also her earlier Ultimate Body Breakthru cardio workout.
