Rave FeFit

Disclaimer: I know these are not Cathe level workouts.
I am really loving these and they are not usually the type of workout I Like.
I am not a fan of pink or of whooping. Yet I love these.

I am starting over again and I like that these are beginner/intermediate level but have more intermediate moves. I feel worked out but not exhausted and I love that I can fit yoga around them. Right now I want to work on consistency, so these will help as they are doable whereas my other DVDs are too high level for me now.

I do have to slow down as the instructor goes way too fast, even the background exercises go slower.

I love these too!

I do them as is while taking the high impact moves to my Bellicon. I'm following with yoga and then doing all yoga the other days of the week.

I am on week four of the rotation.

I'm really embarrassed to be asking this, but, until recently I took an internet break and was away from vf for a while. So....

...who is the instructor and what is FeFit? It sounds really great!

I have mixed feelings about this set....I like the workouts but Hilary is quite annoying!

I definitely like the set. I thought I would find Hilary annoying after viewing the clips but I have come to like her. She seems a little nervous but very sincere. But I like Tanya from P57 too.

Thank you, Sandrine!

I was interested in Fe Fit until I noticed the number of barre type workouts in the set. Barre does not agree with my knees and sometimes my low back.
