How many pairs of workout shoes do you own?
I'm a shoe-holic but not when it comes to my workout footwear: I own two pairs, Brooks for running and New Balance crosstrainers for everything else.
How about you - barefooter, minimalist like me, or do you have a pair for every possible type of exercise out there? Spill!

I have 4, and all are Reebock. 2 are for indoor and 2 for outdoor.

I have two pairs - one pair of cross trainers that I wear for my exercising. And, one pair of cross trainers on the shelf that will sit there until my current active pair wear out. Then, I'll throw away the first pair, get the second pair off the shelf, and order a new pair.
I have wide feet, so I just got in the habit of going ahead and buying the new pair ahead because sometimes finding a pair in a wide size takes awhile.

For exercise I have one pair of running shoes. In the house I work out barefoot.

I usually keep two pair on hand. I demote my older pair to outdoors. Right now both pairs are Skechers. I am not married to one particular brand but lately I have just chosen skechers.

One for tennis
One for running One for indoor DVDs One pair for walking around and running errands My exercise shoes are all about function. (Now let's not get into how much clothing I have for each activity) |

I have one (really old) pair of indoor crosstrainers. I cannot find any new ones that are comfy.
I also have hiking boots. That's it.
