I love the short stability ball abs segment on this one. And I actually prefer the floorwork on PLB to the floorwork on GS Legs.
The leg presses do get tedious though, on the way up and down the pyramid (I've never counted them, and I don't think I want to!) FYI, this one will repeatedly come up as deal of the day on cathe's site with a decent discount because it's an oldie. I just checked and it was deal of the day $24.95 on June 12 plus whatever other cathe discounts are out there. But you may feel more comfortable buying from the other vendors and not waiting for it to be on sale again, especially if that's the only one you're getting and/or you want the option to return. |

Not really that many. Pyramid Up Only and Pyramid Down Only each for upper body and lower body. Pyramid Up for upper body is an all-time favorite. It includes the abs workouts which is also a favorite. It kills you in 45 minutes.

Thanks for the heads up - just ordered it and used the "save15" coupon.
On Cathe's site, it doesn't list a total body premix, just upper and lower options. Do you just combine one of each for a full body routine?
