I like this one too, and it just so happens that I did this one today.

So, I am assuming tons of premix options, as well?

I did the same...but did keep Pyramids and Low Impact Circuit. I may not do Pyramids a ton but I will never get rid of this DVD. It also has the up/down premixes which I use most often.

I love the short stability ball abs segment on this one. And I actually prefer the floorwork on PLB to the floorwork on GS Legs.

The leg presses do get tedious though, on the way up and down the pyramid (I've never counted them, and I don't think I want to!)

FYI, this one will repeatedly come up as deal of the day on cathe's site with a decent discount because it's an oldie. I just checked and it was deal of the day $24.95 on June 12 plus whatever other cathe discounts are out there. But you may feel more comfortable buying from the other vendors and not waiting for it to be on sale again, especially if that's the only one you're getting and/or you want the option to return.

I agree...for me the changing of the weights really helps though. And I don't go as heavy as Cathe does, I think last time I did this I used my 10, 12 and 15 lb dumbells. Another reason why I use the up or down premix a lot!

If you watch Cathe's deal of the day, most of her dvds go on sale once a month at significant savings. I think I paid $19.99 for the PLB/PUB less a 15% off Cathe coupon (standard now at Cathe's site). I think you get free shipping on orders over $50 too.

You just have to be patient--good lesson for myself there!

This is my most-used Cathe dvd. That premix is top notch. The best. I use that one and Jari's Ripped & Chiseled all the time. The best of both worlds.

Not really that many. Pyramid Up Only and Pyramid Down Only each for upper body and lower body. Pyramid Up for upper body is an all-time favorite. It includes the abs workouts which is also a favorite. It kills you in 45 minutes.

Thanks for the heads up - just ordered it and used the "save15" coupon.
On Cathe's site, it doesn't list a total body premix, just upper and lower options. Do you just combine one of each for a full body routine?
