Thanx for posting this, Meghan! I've been stalking her Facebook page today in hopes to find the guide

I'm still UN-patiently waiting for my DVDs to arrive

They are so worth the wait. I did the upper body and lower body last night and I really enjoyed them.

I was looking at the advanced rotation--upper plus core seems like it would be really tough, given that her upper body work involves a lot of planks and pushups. Is the UB as grueling as her downloads? (I haven't tried mine yet, as I decided to take a rest.)

I do not think so. I thought the upper body DVD had a nice balance of hands on the mat alternating with forearms/sidework - I liked that made it tough but not over the top.
