Body Gospel. There wasn't a dvd in the bunch that I didn't like. This was the first time I ever did a rotation as written and completed it. Looks easy, but I found it challenging the last 2 weeks. Then some DVD from BBl, Bum, Bum and Hight and Tight are Oscar worthy for lower body work!

i love insanity and P90X, too, though!

Insanity, Asylum, P90X. I love them all for different reasons. I couldn't choose a favorite.
