Greg Sims - Other IFTA Workouts?

I got Kickbox Bar Workout (or whatever the name is) from the IFTA site and love it. The music is great.

What other workouts is Greg in? I have his Classic Cardio, Lean Muscle & Step ones from Fitness Organica. I see he is in other IFTA ones...........anyone?

His site has lots of videos, varying production quality. He's in most of the videos there:

I wonder if they all have the great music like the Kicbox one. It's a live class....and that's why the music is so good.

Does anyone have any of the others?

Sorry....I suck at reviews and I only did about 20 minutes of the DVD. However, that being said. It is most comparable to Kimberly Spreen's Kickboxing ones with the Body Bar. Greg's Demeanor and teaching style are wonderful. I love him. The music is great. All modern day hits like the Tae Bo Lives used to be in "the day". It is just shot live, so the sound isn't the greatest (echoing in the room, etc) but I love the fact that it's not scripted and he's just being himself. I didn't think it was SUPER intense though. More of a lower intensity workout, but I probably could get my HR up higher if I put more oomph into it. I only used my 5 pound bar and have some DOMS in my shoulders and I RARELY get DOMS. Hope that helps.

I really wish more DVDs had this sort of music.

I ordered a couple more from his site today. My curiousity got the best of me
