Linda Woolridge Barre Bell HIIT. This is a great and tough leg workout. Straightforward kettlebell moves. I should really be incorporating this DVD more often . . .

Tracy Steen 50 min. No Repeat Full Body Workout. Pretty decent. Missed a few workouts this week so this fit the bill on this extremely hot day. Glad I do indoor workouts.

KCM- TLC- Kelly's favorite mix. It's my first time doing this premix and it wasn't great. I think I'll stick to doing the first workout on this DVD. The premix didn't flow well.

I've only done this workout a few times and enjoy it, but don't reach for it for some reason. Time to give it another whirl!
