Classical Stretch/Essentrics Customer Service
A quick word about Classical Stretch customer service. I own a lot of Classical Stretch/Essentrics. I have never had a problem with any of the DVDs. During the last sale I bought a couple seasons, and the classics DVDs. As I was slowly working my way through season 7, I got to the last disk and it would not play. I tried 2 different computers and nothing. I was well out of any 30 day window for a return, so I was browsing the website looking for their return policy, when an online customer service rep popped up and asked if I had any questions about their policies. I told her what had happened and she told me she could help me and asked if I would answer a few questions about the brand of computer I was using as well as the media player I was using. She also ask for the batch number on the disk (which was very difficult to see). After that, she thanked me and told me they would send me a replacement disk, which I got a few days later.
It works perfectly of course, but I was just so impressed with their polite and responsive customer service that I wanted to share it with other Classical Stretch/Essentrics customers. Hopefully you'll never need it, but it's nice to know that when you do have a problem, they are quite helpful.
