I'd love to have access to Alain's kickboxing routine again. I got rid of the VHS long ago but it was really good for learning form on the kicks, especially side v. roundhouse. I might actually still be able to do that one.

Due to this thread I went on a search for the Total Body Express compilation DVD. I used to do a lot of Body Bar. I found a really good deal on a new one on eBay. It just arrived so I haven't opened it yet but the vendor obviously makes a living on eBay and had 65,000 five-star ratings and 6 negative so I don't expect any issues. I have the old Karen Voight 8-pound bar that separates into two 4-pounders, plus other Body Bar long bars, so I'm set.

I revisited Deep Definition and Rob was fantastic. The squat segment was different and fun. I need to revisit more workouts.

i think i remember the other titles besides Alain's that are still only in VHS form:

Elements of Form - Clare Dunphy
Martial Arts Strength Training - Lisa Gaylord

i've never tried any of these two - just Alain's.

So funny you brought this up! Clare Dunphy was always my favorite. Body bars used to be my favorite workout tools. I even did a body bar course at some point. I may have to rebuy some of these DVDs! I have them in VHS, I can't play them anymore.

If anyone is interested I have put up a tradelist

I have a few sets of bodybar workouts that I purchased through a fitness shop that was closing down.

Thanks
