I'm close to caving too, but I have almost ALL of her other workouts, including the elusive Weight Watchers workout, and I've been rotating through them, and honestly I can't tell one from the other in terms of the exercises. I'm awfully tempted but I'm afraid it will feel recycled.
I don't mind putting segments together and a lot of times I will alternate upper body mat + weights one day and lower body the next. I also like adding on extra floorwork from other instructors on lower body days.
For those of you who have this one, are you doing the workouts daily? If so, are you experiencing any soreness from that?
