Dan's sound bites from other sites are pretty good, and you probably don't need to read an entire book of his to get what he's about (unless you have some specific performance related interests - then it's very very worth it).

I found a video that had some of the exercises that Brett advises. Cathe's Gym-Style Legs. I was doing that for a few weeks and then some other things came up and I didn't get back to it.

oh yes - I remember that! Did you feel that it (Gym Style legs) was helpful for you?

It was helpful. I quickly learned that I need to work on my glutes with more focus. I try to do that with other workouts I do. I'm not sure if I've seen any significant results.

Old thread alert!!!!!

This thread is several years old, anyone still use this? I have tried a few knee focused DVDs, but haven't really clicked with them. I'm wondering if a book would be better. Any other recommendations?

I really didn't have much luck with the Bulletproof Knees book. The exercises actually made my knees more sore.

I have had much better luck with Margaret Richard's Getting Better for knee health, pain reduction and prevention.
