Ok, I must pull out atleast 1 of these sets. I have all but the 2.o and am not in the best shape. bodyweight and KBs don't SEAM to tweak my neck like weights do. o Body Series is easiest tho a bit scattered. That is the general consensus?

Honestly, I'm too busy, huffing and puffing, sweating and laughing to realize if they're scattered or not

If you mean she's not on point and talks over the start, yeah. That drives me crazy. But I still like the series, just not as much as Scorcher.

Thankyou. Sorry. My immense typos totally mess up what i am trying to say sometimes. I like the thought of Scorcher because of the length. I can't remember, but if Body Sereis has that length it is probably what I will start with, atleast several times a week. Y'all don't hold me to that. I am very flighty right now. But I only have 7 weeks!!!

Jenilu, The Body Series is actually my favorite from Dasha and I have all except the new Coed thing. I just love it -- the length, the body part focus, even though every workout is sort of a total body workout + cardio. When I first saw Dasha's stuff, it seemed like it would bug me that nobody is in sync, but actually I find it very freeing in that it allows me to go at my own speed and not worry at all if I'm not in sync. Good luck!

Thankyou!!! Do you think its still useful if i can only fit it in 2-3 times a week with everything else I want to try and do? (You said everything is pretty much full body, so I got to thinking in that direction)

YES! I actually think kettlebells daily is overkill. Right now I'm doing a day of Dasha (I mix and match) followed by a day of cardio.
