I do this one still quite a bit, and I managed to find a copy of total body 2 on amazon, and did that as well, but I did not enjoy it as much.

The Firm Tough Tape. Did it today and it was grueling. But fun!!! Only at vidiot would get that I'm reacquiring more Firms. I had forgotten how much fun they were.

There is something oddly fun about the original FIRMs. I think the gung-ho large cast helps - like a very special workout class in someone's mansion.

I love Gilad's Step Aerobics, cheesy outfits and all, lol! You can't beat the scenery, Waikiki beach on a beautiful sunny day!

Yeah, I did not like that one as well, either.

Glad to know that I'm not alone in my love of Total Body Workout!

I love this one!!! I do it on the trampoline to keep the jolt at a reasonable level I'm glad to hear someone else appreciates this cheesy gem. I get so much better results with strength work and no cardio and this is one of the few programs that can make me lament that

ETA: Old School Dance Party with Donna Richardson also has a cheesy "move your groove thing" appeal....
