So, I re-started. Yet, again.

Yesterday, I did a few sections from Margaret Richard's Getting Better and then Lee Holden's Qi Gong for Stress.

I don't have a plan at the moment. Just one day at a time.

Sorry you got hit with the barfies, Alta. Ugh, it's just awful. BTDT.

It's not really re-starting, just a small setback. You've got all those years under your belt (and other places ) You'll be back in the groove soon.

I am feeling better, thanks Hattie.

I hadn't had food poisoning in 40 years. Both ends going (say no more!)

We found out that our brand new, local ER is not very good. Better than nothing, but not by much. I had to beg someone for a blanket and then they wanted to give me morphine for my headache. I said no thanks!
