Figure 8 Fitness

Hi all,
I just received an email from Body Fx about the Figure 8 Fitness program. It looks like fun!

I'm hesitant to order because there are not details about how much shipping costs.

does anyone know anything about this program. i don't think it's new, but I've never heard about it and just received an email about it from Body FX.

This has been on my radar for a while. I would check craigslist and see if you can find deals there first. I could never find any good reviews online about it.

I had never heard of it until I got the e-mail this morning and was doing some research.

Looks like it used to sell with 13 DVDs for $120 and no it is down to $60 with 8 or 9 DVDs.

Not sure if the extra DVDs are offered during the ordering process or not.

I have this set but haven't tried it yet. I bought it off ebay....it was paired with JNL fusion. I am just completing the JNL rotation this week. I have 4 new workout sets sitting there....all seeming to say PICK ME, PICK ME!

I think next week I will try these b/c they DO look fun.

Is the Figure8 instructor Jaana Kunitz, one of the two women in the Core Rhythms workouts, as well as the creator of the Xtreme Cardio Dance DVD set?

It sure looks like her!

The set I have has 14 DVD's. The approximate run time on the back of the package states 10 hours. The name I found in the literature is Jaana Kunitz.

Hope to start these tomorrow. I'm not much of a dancer, so I hope they are at least fun.
